based on the type of roof, its age, location, material specifications, current condition and any other specific factors. SWP MAINTAIN will inspect and document the current condition of your roof. We will note all products used and their maintenance specifications.
We use ARC, as our not-so-secret weapon for our Active Roof Maintenance.
ARC is an exclusive web platform where you can access each of your properties through a virtual map. You can view defects, problems, photos and videos, send work orders, roof budgets and much more. To guarantee full transparency, ARC keeps accurate records of your properties, including photos, videos, inspection reports, service invoices, OPEX and CAPEX.
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE PLAN
WE CREATE A SPECIFIC PLAN FOR YOUR ROOF, WHICH WILL REMAIN ACTIVE OVER TIME
Once the conditions of the roof and the warranty has been audited, recorded, and placed on ARC, a roof maintenance plan is put in place, specific to the requirements of your building.
Generally, we would inspect your roof once a year. This is where we would carry out a commercial clean and then photograph and record any damage we find. Usually, this is all that is required to stay on top of potential issues. More complex structures require a more complex plan.
